We want you to Dream in Colour with confidence. For that reason, every order is carefully crafted, so that we stand firmly behind the quality of our products. Should anything fall short, we’re here to resolve it.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of paint products, returns are handled as follows:

a) Standard Paint Orders (Tinted / Mixed Colours)

* Non-returnable once tinted or mixed to a specific colour.
* This includes all custom colours and made-to-order products.

We strongly recommend using a Sample Pot before committing to a full purchase.

b) Sample Pots

* Non-returnable (used for testing and decision-making).
* If damaged or defective upon delivery, we will replace it.

c) Non-Tinted / Standard Products

(e.g. primers, sealers, tools, accessories)

* Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided:
* Item is unopened and unused
* In original packaging
* In resalable condition

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

* Damaged
* Defective
* Incorrect (wrong item delivered)

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will:

* Replace the product at no cost, or
* Issue a full refund, depending on your preference

3. Refunds

Once approved:

* Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
* Refunded to the original payment method

Please note:

* Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on tinted paints.

For other products:

* Exchanges may be approved subject to stock availability
* Return conditions must be met (see Section 1c)

5. Cancellations

* Orders may only be cancelled before production or dispatch
* Once paint has been tinted or mixed, the order cannot be cancelled

6. Return Shipping

* Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless due to our error)
* We recommend using a trackable shipping service
